PS reshuffle: Julius Bitok moved to education as Kipsang exits to Immigration

Teresiah Mbaika has been reassigned from the State Department for Devolution to the State Department for Aviation and Aerospace Development under the Ministry of Roads and Transport.
Ismael Madey has been moved from the State Department for Youth Affairs and the Creative Economy to the State Department for Special Programmes under the Ministry of Public Service, Human Capital Development, and Special Programmes.
Harry Kimtai has been reassigned as PS for the State Department for Mining under the Ministry of Mining, Blue Economy and Maritime Affairs, replacing Elijah Mwangi, who will now serve as PS for the State Department for Sports under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports.
President Ruto emphasised the significance of these changes.
“These reassignments are intended to improve service delivery and ensure alignment with the government’s economic transformation agenda.”
